1. About us

This website, regzelva.com, is operated by Regzelva LLC, a limited liability company based in the United States ("Regzelva", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We sell pet costumes and accessories. Images are for illustration. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and the costume may differ slightly in color, size or fit from the photos. Size charts are measurements of the costume with a tolerance of 2 to 3 cm.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or product errors, or stock problems. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless the site shows otherwise, and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay, plus shipping and any taxes shown. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you enter. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Errors

If we find an obvious error in a price, product description or shipping cost, we may correct it. We will offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping and risk of loss are governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

9. Product use and pet safety

Our costumes are for supervised, short-term wear. You are responsible for choosing the correct size and for checking that the costume fits comfortably. Always supervise your pet while it wears the costume. Remove it immediately if your pet shows distress, overheating, difficulty breathing or moving, or tries to chew the costume. Do not leave your pet unattended in the costume. Keep small decorations, such as pom-poms and the star, away from chewing. The costume is not a toy. Information on the site is not veterinary advice. Please ask your veterinarian if you have health concerns about your pet.

10. Sizing

We provide a size guide with weight ranges and measurements. Every pet is different, so a size cannot be guaranteed to fit every animal. If it does not fit, our Refund Policy lets you exchange or return it. If we shipped a different size from the one you ordered, we will correct it.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Regzelva LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, scrape, republish or sell it without written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for fraud or any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site or its security, to introduce malware, to use bots or scrapers without permission, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may restrict or end access if you do.

13. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is honest, that it is yours, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, free license to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

14. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that responsibility.

15. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the site running and the products as described. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as available" and we do not give warranties beyond those stated in our policies and those the law requires.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Regzelva LLC and its members, managers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit or data, or injury or damage to a pet arising from misuse or from failing to follow section 9. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

17. Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover losses and reasonable costs we suffer because of your serious breach of these terms or your violation of the law or others' rights. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.

18. Disputes: please contact us first

If you have a problem, please email support@regzelva.com first. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. Please give us that chance before starting a formal claim or a bank dispute, except where the law gives you a right to act sooner. If a dispute is opened, we may share order, shipping and communication records with the payment provider or bank to respond.

19. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which Regzelva LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to your mandatory consumer rights, the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute that we cannot resolve under section 18.

20. Your consumer rights

If you live outside the USA, mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply and override these terms where they give you greater rights.

21. Severability, entire agreement and assignment

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign our rights under these terms. You may not assign yours without our consent. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

22. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it, where the law allows.
